How SteppersLife Community handles personal information.

This policy describes how SteppersLife Community handles information collected through community.stepperslife.com, including the Stores, Services, and Restaurants directory.

It applies to customers, providers (stores, service businesses, and restaurateurs), and support users interacting with the community marketplace.

We collect account details such as your name, email address, and sign-in information when you create or use a SteppersLife account.

We also collect activity tied to the marketplace: listing applications, orders, bookings, auction bids, deal claims, favorites, and payment-related information needed to complete a purchase or booking.

We use information to operate provider listings, process orders and bookings, run auctions and deals, deliver confirmations, support providers, and maintain your account across supported SteppersLife properties.

Usage data may also help us improve listing discovery, troubleshoot page issues, and understand which marketplace features are working well.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with payment processors, email delivery providers, analytics tooling, hosting services, and the provider (store, service business, or restaurant) responsible for the order or booking you placed.

When you place an order, book a service, bid in an auction, or claim a deal, providers receive the operational details needed to fulfill it.

SteppersLife Community uses cookies and related storage for sign-in, preferences, checkout, and cross-subdomain account continuity where supported.

Disabling essential cookies can break login, checkout, or booking behavior.

You can update account details through supported settings pages and contact support if you need help correcting or removing information.

Order- or booking-specific questions, such as a refund or provider policy clarification, may need to be handled through the relevant order or booking flow, or directly by the provider.

Advertising is not active on SteppersLife Community today. We are preparing to introduce advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-5851517787332652), and this section explains what happens once it turns on and the controls already built into the platform.

When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to select and serve ads, measure ad performance, and — only where you have given the required consent — personalize ads to your interests, using limited categories of information such as cookie/device identifiers, approximate location, and pages viewed. We do not share your name, email, or payment details with advertising partners. We use Google's "Privacy & messaging" consent platform, which participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF); the current TCF Global Vendor List is published at iabeurope.eu/vendor-list-tcf. Once advertising is live, a "Privacy settings" link in the site footer lets you review, change, or withdraw your advertising and analytics consent at any time.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out of ad personalization and the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — no separate request needed. We do not use sensitive personal information for ad personalization and do not knowingly set advertising cookies for users we know to be under 13.
