Seed2Shirt

Seed2Shirt is a Black woman owned cotton and apparel company founded by Tameka Peoples. The company works directly with Black cotton farmers in the United States and across Africa, in countries like Burkina Faso, Uganda, and Kenya, to grow organic cotton the right way. That cotton becomes yarn, blank t-shirts, and finished apparel for brands that want to know where their fabric comes from. Seed2Shirt also sells directly to shoppers, offering their own Legacy line t-shirts made from that same traceable cotton. The mission is bigger than clothes. It is about rebuilding land ownership and income for Black farming communities through fashion.
